Who we are

Complyable is operated by Hansen Dev (CVR 46581989), Denmark, the data controller for the personal data described here. For any privacy question, or to exercise your rights, contact us at support@complyable.eu.

What we collect

  • Account data: your email address, used for magic-link sign-in (via Supabase Auth).
  • Scan data: the URLs you submit and the accessibility results we generate from them.
  • Billing data: handled by Paddle, our payment provider and Merchant of Record. We never see or store your card details.
  • Public (no-account) scans: the submitted URL and its result, stored without an owner and deleted on a short schedule.
  • Basic technical data: standard server logs (such as IP address and request metadata) needed to run and secure the service.

Why we process it, and the legal basis

To provide the service you request (performance of a contract), to bill paid plans (contract), and to keep the service secure and working (legitimate interest). We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Where it's stored, and who processes it for us

Your account and scan data are held in the EU (Frankfurt). We rely on the following sub-processors:

  • Supabase: database and authentication (EU, Frankfurt).
  • Railway: application hosting.
  • Paddle: billing and payments (Merchant of Record).
  • Resend: transactional email (EU region).
  • Cloudflare: DNS and email routing.

How long we keep it

Scan history is retained according to your plan (7 days on Free, 12 months on paid plans) and pruned automatically afterwards. Public no-account scans are deleted on a short schedule. Account data is kept until you delete your account; billing records are retained by Paddle as required by law.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or erasure of your data, restrict or object to certain processing, and ask for a copy of your data (portability). If you have an account, you can do the main ones yourself in your account settings: download all your data, and permanently delete your account and its data. For anything else, email support@complyable.eu. You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority (in Denmark, Datatilsynet).

This page is general information about our service, not legal advice.
